We had several bids for our basement project. Centurion's bid was the most detailed bid including several references. Their bid was somewhere in the middle of all the bids price wise. They also gave us upgrade options with prices.Their sub contractors were awesome. I believe Centurion hires the best sub contractors. Everyone was so helpful and patient with us as we changed our minds and went different directions with the project. There were some minor issues, but they were resolved very quickly. The bottom line here is, I would recommend them to any one at any price range as they definitely have the expertise to handle anything.

We just had our basement finished by Centurion and we couldn't be happier. From the very beginning, they set themselves apart from the other contractors that provided us an estimate. During the initial estimate, Aaron was professional and friendly (qualities that he would continue to exhibit throughout the entire build.) Additionally, and what I appreciated the most above all of the other contractors, the quote that they provided was detailed and itemized and made us feel very comfortable that there would not be any hidden costs and we would get exactly what we wanted. When we were looking for someone to work on a total exterior renovation--roof, siding, and windows, with some new bump-out windows added in--we chose Centurion based almost exclusively on their internet reviews. And now we know why they have such positive reviews. Aaron and Chris were so great to work with--always cheerful, thoroughly professional, totally accommodating of our quirks and last-minute ideas. It was a complex job, but they handled it marvelously well. We couldn't be happier with the end result. I think they came in a little under budget, and as close to the planned completion date as the weather would allow. We will be using them again when it's time to work on the interiors in a couple of years.

My experience with Centurion Building Solutions was impressive. They took professional care of each think they worked on. They made suggestions without pressure. They let you keep what you had but had an allowance built in the bid in case you needed to replace an item. They stuck to their bid and if you wanted to make an adjustment they let you know up front the cost difference so there were no surprises at the end. Things turned out beautifully, I got more lights, more counter space, new sink and more cabinets, which was my goal.
