Centurion Homes was hired as the Utah General Contractor on this Orem rental property. The owner was unable to rent the house in the condition it was in. We were hired to bring this old rambler up to date while spending as little as possible. We were able to make a big impact on a small budget. The house turned out so great that the owner was able to rent it within a week of it’s completion.
